Checklist For Beam Shuttering:
1. Quality and physical appearance of shuttering material is good or not. The formwork surface should be clean.
2. Check if shuttering oil is properly applied to the shuttering material or not.
3. Check verticality of the beam shuttering using a plumb.
4. Check the level of beam soffit and beam top.
5. Check beam stirrups are as per drawing or not.
6. Check beam to beam measurement is as per drawing.
7. Check dimensions of the beam (length, breadth and depth).
8. Beam and column should be straight and placed as per drawings.
9. Check proper support to the beam is provided or not.
10. Ensure the formwork corners are properly tied to prevent leakages or bulging or spreading of concrete.
11. Ensure the beam and column junctions are watertight.
12.. Check for MEP clearance during reinforcement.
Checklist For Column Shuttering:
1. Check shuttering material is old or new and formwork surface is cleaned.
2. Check if shuttering oil is properly applied to the shuttering material or not.
3. Check verticality of the column shuttering using a plumb.
4. Check dimensions of column (length, breadth and depth).
5. Check the right angle at the corners of column shuttering.
6. Check proper support is given to the column or not.
7. Check all gaps are properly sealed.
8. Check the marking of concrete pouring level.
9. Check proper cover is provided or not.
10. Check for MEP (mechanical electrical plumbing).
